With children across the country learning at home, parents and caregivers are facing new challenges. PBS KIDS invited parents and caregivers of children ages 5 to 8 to come together for a discussion with educators, a child psychologist and parents. Get ideas on how to use PBS KIDS resources to encourage everyday playful learning. We also answered questions and shared tips on how you can maintain a strong connection with your child’s school, help your child stay motivated to learn, and develop a learning routine for your family. Watch the full webinar and find out how you can make the most of learning at home with PBS KIDS.

About PBS KIDS for Parents:
PBS KIDS for Parents provides parents with information and resources to help them raise happy, healthy, smart, and kind kids. At PBS KIDS for Parents, we have a vision for a better world in which every child discovers unlimited possibilities—and we use the power of media to open those worlds of possibilities for all children. To support this vision, we want to reach and support parents as they help their children learn and grow to their full potential.

We are a noncommercial, research-based resource for families. And we believe that parents have all that it takes to be the best parent to their child. We want to help parents raise compassionate, resilient, empathetic, and curious children who bring value to their community. We do this by creating content that encourages parents to play, grow, and learn alongside their children.
